The Shield of Remorse mod gives any enemy attacking that unit Soulburn. You have a ton of different mods that all make units Enlightened. You get a 1 point, 25 energy heal that dispels negative conditions and scales based on the number of enlightened units you have. Synthesis: hackers are really well rounded tier 2 repeating damage units that fill holes in many racesĬelestian: Do you like not dying? Because Celestian is how you don't die. Promethean: nothing like equipping a bunch of infantry with Phoenix Bomb Launchers, holy moly. Pysnumbra: beastly defensive operations make for the perfect opportunity to close out a doomsday game (come at me bruh) Oathbound: heroes wearing gundam suits with the piloting skills to match? Yes please.ĭvar: you can reshape mountain sectors to build the base of your dreams! Syndicate: your scouts have innate camoflage? Yes please, no more losing scouts to auto explore. It's slow and probably not the best use of your troops but I like getting exp while just sitting on my butt. Vanguard: combat simulator just wakens the turtle in me. I don't expect to go through all 56 combinations, and I don't expect a book to be written, but what are your guy's sellings points/hooks to play a particular race and/or secret tech? Imagine you are trying to sell someone to try a race or tech they haven't before and you get to make one good point.
